After a long search, we’re proud to announce that we’ve officially moved our production to Ahoi Hill Brewery, a premium craft beer producer based in Kanton Zürich.

I met Kusi Friederich, co-founder of Ahoi Hill and a former chemist, and was immediately impressed. His passion for precision, his deep technical know-how, and his dedication to the process resonated deeply with my own standards. You could tell he wasn’t just brewing—he was conducting liquid science.

Some time later, I visited the brewery. What I saw wasn’t just a brewing facility—it was the cleanest, most precise, most lab-like production space I’ve seen in 18 years of visiting beverage establishments around the world. I’ve seen small-batch distilleries in Japan, high-tech wineries in California, and award-winning bars in London—but nothing like Ahoi Hill.

There was no hesitation. I knew this was it.
