In 2019, Berg, alongside her partner Alex Kratena, co-founded Tayēr + Elementary in London. This dual-concept bar comprises two distinct spaces: Elementary, a casual, all-day venue offering classic cocktails with a contemporary twist, and Tayēr, an experimental cocktail bar focusing on innovative drinks crafted with seasonal ingredients. The establishment has garnered international acclaim, securing the No. 2 position in The World's 50 Best Bars list in 2022.

Advocacy and Industry Contributions

Beyond her work behind the bar, Berg is a passionate advocate for education and inclusivity within the hospitality industry. She co-founded P(our), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among bartenders globally. In 2019, she launched Back of House, a digital platform designed to provide hospitality workers with a safe space to report workplace harassment and discrimination anonymously.
